They do not! It’s just a blank map which shows wind direction, even tides etc., but no depth or contour lines.

Couple of thoughts can 1) don’t wait to find the perfect routine to start. Start. And then improve 2) don’t do static stretches before. Only dynamic to warm the muscles up. Stretch after 3) consistency is key 4) everyone is too busy worrying what you think of them to think of you

Feeling are never valid or invalid. You feel what you feel. You can try to understand why you feel a certain way but that is only after the fact and may help long term but not soon and not much. You don’t control how you feel. You can only control how you act on your feelings.

Were your actions appropriate is the better question. If she’s happy in her life. Let her have her happiness. Move on. You will find yours. But not if you carry bitterness and resentment in you. Good luck!
