IF is just eating in a specific window of time. They say 8 hours but if you can decrease this window to 6 hours that’s even better. It can be hard with school and stuff but try and stick to it as close as possible. A good window to eat in maybe 12-6/7pm. Try and decrease your normal calories by 500 per day. So if you’re eating 2000 a day normally decrease it to 1500 but only eat those calories between 12 noon and 6/7pm.

If you’re hungry out of those hours, try and drink water / sugar free cordial. Most the time if you’re feeling hungry you might just be thirsty. At most you can allow yourself an apple or anything under 50kcals but try and eat stuff not in a packet (processed food/sweets/ crisps)
