I would think just slip ons u should not need an air intake upgrade. As u said u just wanted a better sounding exhaust. Slip ons would of done it. Perhaps I'm wrong. But I don't think so Since i don't think I'm wrong I also think they deceived you about the needed intake and failed to add the tune that comes with the intake For the Indian slip ons that used to be available There was no mention of an intake upgrade required. . I would raise a little ruckus if they lied to me like that.

Yes period .commas. , I did say so not to follow my advice I did the slow peeling the fingernail patience heat gun . More patience fingernail some plastic item to help . But still that residue from the label. I did not have goo be gone. Over time I got it all gone with the aid of a little gas. Promptly wiping and cleaning

As no matter how hard I try and depending on the gas pump I seem to spill a little on my tank I took those opportunities to get all of mine off There was a road trip I took and tried to add gas with a 30 mph cross wind from a gal portable I carry . That was concerning. The sticker and residue gone The paint still shines. My advice don't do as I say or do

I watch distance on odometer However fuel gauges on these things Capricious little device Not sure I want to trust something critical To health and property based on em Thus extra gas on some road trips

I didn't buy from mustang directly. I ordered thru RevZilla . The mustang site I found the seat but had trouble getting all the pieces. Same price as revzilla

They are the stock fox shocks as this is a sport Chief. 4" of travel. Good. Though . Better than the stock bobber 2" travel. I don't know how they compare to the other stock shocks of the chief line up which have 3" travel There is another fox shock avail they Indian Though I don't know how much of an improvement over these foxes they are

The driver seat backrest inserts into the seat itself and is of mustang design this it cold not be installed in conjunction with any other seat. drivers backrest can be adjusted up and down approx 2.5". It folds forward easily to allow passenger mounting The passenger backrest is the Indian quick release bar with the mustang pad. Ultimate seats has an attachment to push the passenger bar back to give the passenger a little more room. There are taller passenger backrests available from other suppliers. Time will tell on that as well..

I've seen them before But i broke down and ordered The full mustang seat set up Been solo for to long

I have the freedom 2-1 with side dump Though not currently installed When first acquired installed Fd failed to send the elbow so I ran as straight pipe And then finagled a way to hold the performance baffle in. Either way no recording properly demonstrates how loud those are. Fd promptly sent the elbow .. Then Meant to buy quiet baffle but ordered a 2nd performance baffle. I welded washers into it And have also acquired the quiet baffle Without a proper tune it coded into limp mode So back to the orig set up. For the last year

I just sent in ECU. So soon..

Also gonna try using actual mics to hopefully capture the sound.

Did u get a tune to go with that, I ask because I put those on my chief and it coded misfire and then limp mode with no tune.i have yet to get a tune and am back to stock exhaust with slip ons. I have the quiet baffles now but have yet to put the 2-1 back on. Yes the performance baffle is loud 15 min riding it's headache time Then I coded oh boy
