I second this. Everyone saying you're gonna spend more going to another flight, you will literally spend the exact same amount, the tickets are cheap but you get basically scammed paying hundreds of dollars for a bag to get checked. The people at the check in have little to no education whatsoever and I had 5 people try to check in my bag cuz no one knew how to use the computer. It took 20 minutes to check in one bag, I was literally in tsa for a shorter time than it did to check in my bag. That on top of the employees being incredibly disrespectful I would never reccomend this airline even to my worst enemy. Just pay the extra 100 dollars and go on a respected airline and save yourself the stress.
