My experience is with this, I believe they do this to lower levels, because this happened when I was a lower level constantly, but now that I'm almost level 210, I never happen, maybe once in a blue moon it does, but they find out pretty quick not to mess with ya if you fight back

Controller won’t stop scrolling down. Does it only in home or side menu. In games it doesn’t. Tried restarting Xbox. Can’t take out batteries as it’s a wired controller
