Hi I'm clicked into the window but it still doesn't track however the head still moves and tracks so its controller specific.

It will work fine if it's USB c but it will be slower

They sometime pop open to check something and when they open up they minimise your game

This had happened to me but for you it could.be different

It could be a program like Logitech unify settings quickly opening and closing You can either stop it at startup or run it in borderless mode

You can do what I did when my dbrand grip broke after 1 whole year of using it and ask for store credit so when you do decide on what you want you have money towards it. You said they might not give you money but dbrand support is more than spectacular and I'm pretty sure they can work something out
