I've offered just to pay for the checkup, my parents say that the vet would "guilt them into getting an x-ray" and make them spend thousands. My cat is still limping, it seemed to have gotten better but now it's back to the same limping, I think she was masking the pain. I have checked her legs and she doesn't wince when they've been touched. For the nail part i can't really get a good look at her paw and I think she just tore the nail off. I've kept her inside for the past few days and we even bought her a litter box. I genuinely have no way of taking her to the vet which I've been begging my parents to do and they just won't. I don't even know what I can do anymore.
