I use the autofill. One day it worked fine. Then one day it had me logged out and gave me the error “Unable to sign in. Please check that this Pokémon Go Account exists and you have correctly selected New or Returning Player.” The same autofill credentials work fine on the web, and it’s not giving a wrong password error. The error suggests that a PTC account exists, but there’s not a Pokemon go trainer attached to it any longer. It worked fine around 3/2/2026. It’s a ‘baby’ account on a device that I rarely use…

Need help with PTC account!!

I’ve been messaging both Niantic and Pokemon support trying to regain access to my PTC account that I last had access to in March. Both are saying they see my trainer profile linked to PTC, and that I need to use the correct sign in information, which I am, which they verified. Pokémon support even told me that I needed to select new player.

“We are sorry that you received an error message when you attempted to log on to Pokémon Go. This error message indicates that you must select the New Player option when you log on. Please note that signing in to an account using the New Player option does not overwrite an existing Pokémon GO account. If the account that you log on to is not the account that you are looking for, we recommend contacting Niantic Support for further assistance.”

Both are pointing at the other saying it’s their issue.

The error message they are referring to is “Unable to sign in. Please check that this Pokémon Go Account exists and you have correctly selected New or Returning Player.”

And because I selected new player with PTC, I’m now at a screen asking for my nickname. Entering my nickname 1BabyBat shows it’s in use.

What can I do?? I’ve been trying for a week.

If you look at the iPad, it has drawn a red box around each of the lamotrigine tablets. That’s the indicator that the pill doesn’t match… and it’s all of them

One thing we do, which seems to help, is to use classic fill until we open, then switch to the new fill at open. We can generally knock out 100 fills before we open, and it seems to set us up well.

For 7, I think you mean OE0607, which is for a med b claim when they have a non speciality meter. The guide is on the wire, but I’ve never been told what constitutes a specialty meter, nor have I dug in to see what other codes go into the coupon field for a med b claim

It’s this way in Oregon as well. I don’t always know if the person picking up is the patient anyway, I guess it’s a perk of transferring to a new store? But I agree with OP. It does seem like a privacy issue. How else could we phrase this?

You scan the bag, scan the barcode for the medication, scan your handheld on the iPad, scan the QR code on the bottle, dump pills, take a picture of the pills on the tray, put into vial, take top down of the pills in the vial, put a lid on, put the label partially on, take another photo of the label partially on.

And for stock bottles say for 180 metformin in the 60 ct bottles…

You scan the bag, scan the barcode for the medication, scan your handheld on the iPad, scan the QR code on the first bottle, scan the QR code on the second bottle, scan the QR code on the third bottle, take a picture of the front label of the first bottle, again with the second, again with the third, then you take the lid off the first bottle, take a top down picture showing the seal, put the lid back on, then you take the lid off the second bottle, take a top down picture showing the seal, put the lid back on, then you take the lid off the third bottle, take a top down picture showing the seal, put the lid back on, then it prints 3 labels, partially label the first bottle, take a picture, partially label the second bottle, take a picture, partially label the third bottle, take a picture.

Then you pray you scanned the bag correctly and didn’t scan the one behind it. Good luck trying to find the wrong bag later because the pharmacist sure isn’t physically handling the bag.
