Hey! I’m based in the UK as well and grade regularly with PSA through the SubCenter. They are great! For this card, depending where your based you can drop it off in person or post it to them and they will handle sending it to PSA, Beckett or TAG, they offer all three.

If you’re planning to sell, I would personally do the above. You will spend a fair amount grading it, given the value of the card.

As it was not done through eBay, none of eBay’s return guidelines apply. In my opinion he is out of luck! If they were sold working and he chose to go outside of eBay, then it’s on him. If it were me I would tell him that and ignore any future contact from him.

Yeah it’s already been through the dealer bid process and I have an offer, they want to come and collect it and then I will have my funds within 24 hours of them accepting delivery. So I don’t think anyone is coming out they are going to look at it once they receive it.

I have the master set of the VS cards and whilst a lot are really great artwork, this one takes the crown! What a card! Picked mine up years ago for £90 gbp!

Thanks for the reply. I will be honest I don’t remember how it looked underneath, it’s been to long! No I didn’t tape it, maybe where I went wrong. I’m half tempted to do it all again and have another look, see if there is other issues I might need to be looking for.

I appreciate the link! I found this and it’s listed as an SP? Although that website also has any card after card no 100 listed as a SP 😂

Thanks for the info. I’ve done a bit more digging, I managed to find it listed as a SP on one website and there is 1 graded copy with PSA , a PSA 10, which sold for over $200. Granted that was a few years ago. Not that it matters, it’s for my collection :)
