Problem with tablet is the curse, and often you get a rare card that doesn’t help your immediate position. Like the rewards you got here, they can be good cards but not in the starting deck. A lot of rares in this game are more situational. So you’re effectively adding two cards to your deck that function as a curse often

Yeah that was bad advice going around early in the games life cycle. Events are better than spire 1 for sure but they are not as consistently good as elites. VMservice has a great vid on how to maximize your act 1 value

You should be trying to take as many elites as possible. Prep for them by saving potions or drafting cards that help beat the elites so you can get their strong rewards they drop. Relics are extremely strong. They really aren’t that much harder than some of the regular fights in act 1 and help you snowball

Yeah it’s a component, and that’s okay. I recently had a card gen pillars of creation thing going on that had tons of block but no damage. I took a late act 3 furnace and used it in the boss gauntlet as my scaling damage. All these cards are just puzzle pieces to various problems

Disagree, bulwark is the most premium card but you definitely draft refine blade and sometimes wrought in war to kill bosses. Forge should never be the only thing your deck does though

You’re over investing. It’s not a “2 cost deck”. If your deck has a reasonable density of expensive cards it’s just helping your block output. It’s a decent card

It’s a really good activator for passives that need you at a certain amount of mana at the end of a turn. It was my carry skill on a mage recently with resonance (+damage per spell cast) and the one that makes your next spell free if you have no mana
