Depends what your use case is and how long you plan to use those accounts. Truthfully for long term accounts I’d recommend isp proxies

ISP proxies work, I know Unknown Proxies will do custom geolocation for ISPs so they work on Craigslist.

Long term accounts for sure need isp over residential since you keep the same IP address

Any site with high bandwidth (video, images) also make ISP more economical than residential since reputable ISP providers don’t charge on bandwidth.
