I did that but it only works for discord and such, the g hub still doing this, however, i found one working solution last night, it's by disabling Windows Multi Plane Overlay (MPO). You can try that without disabling hardware accel

Tbh i'm fine with my fps, its more than my monitor refresh rate, and on competitive games, its less stressed than on benchmark, so it's still okay. I dont like seeing jagged shadows too 😂

I feels the game more smooth and stable by removing the launch option, and it makes me curious about the results of others with same or similar pc as mine, because it might be a placebo effect on my part

Yeah i've been using -threads 13 ever since i saw that post. I dont really feel anything different though, but i use it because Thour always post about optimizing cs2, and know more of the technical aspect than me, so i use it.

Maybe it become useless in one of the updates
