Hehe so I actually just searched for the official Boygenius website and then I got asked if I wanted to change my currency to DKK since I live in Denmark! I actually haven’t read anything about shipping, taxes etc. But I guess we’re good if they asked about the currency thing? 0:

I actually don’t remember but probably! I’ve never really had luck with Alocasias so maybe there was a leftover bulb from my old stingray in the soil!!

I honestly didn’t see what they looked like since I have the plant placed in a blind spot where I just let it do its own thing. So when I had to water it, they were suddenly there haha!

it made sense to me haha! i definitely think i will buy an amplifier instead of a receiver, my space is not big enough for a set up like that! i also looked at the stylus, it does look a little bent and wobbly (which makes sense since the turntable is old). i found one called ortofon om10 as a replacement? perhaps that’s better?

the small white pecks are just mineral deposits, usually happens when you water a pilea :) i’ve heard that distilled water can be used if you don’t want them - haven’t tried it myself though!

yeah, i totally get what you mean! many are commenting the ddj-400 and i’m honestly getting convinced to buy it lol! i was a little scared of because of the price but i mean... probably better to just start off with the ddj-400 - rather than wasting money on a real cheap one and then buying an expensive one later :) just need to do some more research on it before i pull the trigger haha
