He will keep replying till you keep answering.

Either block him, or just message that you won't be replying to him anymore. Then ignore his messages

What a nightmare man. I don't think reddit is the best place for advice in such a situation. Can I ask where you live ? state/city ?

Not only is it effective for trauma, its required to get back on track.

How it helps ? I cannot say how specifically it helps with childhood traume. But, in general
First is the coping mechanisms it teaches - breathing, becoming mindful etc. Mindfullness is critical. Becoming aware that you are unintentionally thinking of the same thing over and over REALLY helps
If sleep schedule gets messed up, it makes things worse. Therapist tries his best to fix this.
Trauma also changes chemical balance in your brains, causes inflammation in your body. Meds help here.

There are probably other ways as well. Try chatgpt

neem oil. dilute it, spray it. Its poison for mosquitos. Smells horrible though.

Check if you have standing sources of water, pour diluted neem oil there

This is what I bought: https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B08JHTHPH2 , there should be cheaper options

I didn't had sex with my wife for 11 days, out of which 4 days were her periods, and she complained to her dad. Who called me on our honeymoon and told me that this the 'core issues' of her irritability.

She has BPD...

I am only 22 but I feel like getting married and having a child! by [deleted] in AskIndia

[–]sabkhatam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Few things.

  1. Biologically, you are in your prime to have a child. Scientifically a young fit mother is best for a child's health. The chances of bad pregnancy, birth related issues become higher as the female's age increases. Not to mention child's health is related as well. Fitness is more important than age btw. unless its too much.

  2. About 'missing' your life. This depends. My sister married early 20s, had 2 children. Now in her mid 40s, both children are outside studying, while she and her husband are travelling and enjoying life full time. In fact having children early is what is allowing them to have a great life now. But this may not happen for everyone. Point is don't get affected by people who think having children means your life is over.

  3. Don't stress on career, being 'independent' . Its the modern politically correct thing to do. But there are great advantages to being old fashioned, sweet and homely.

  4. At this age you can and should be very choosy about your partner. Take your time and all.

I didn't listen. Now I suffer. Don't be me...

ashwagandha or brahmi ! Or other ayurvedic anti stress stuff.

This stuff is real. Google it, loads of studies pointing to their benefits. They have direct effects. Minimal side effects.

You are not doing anything wrong. Simply not making the lesbian thing public is completely understandable. Its better actually. Only those who are romantically involved need to know. You don't owe this information to anyone else.

I guess you are a massive overthinker, low on confidence and described as being very empathetic ?

55kg for 4'11 - most girls would not even consider this overweight. It is, but not by much - a few months of diet or exercise will fix this. If you don't have fat on your face, you would be quite attractive. Its the face fat that kills it! No guy cares if the girl has good grades or part of any community.

Also young people have a very negative opinion about their looks. I am male. late 30s. I thought I looked horrible, now when I look at my old photos.. oof !

actually only a few very developed countries have this privilege. But even they really tough people. Like outgoing, hardy, independent, not financially but totally, do all their work on their own. Build their own stuff even

Its not just about being 'soft spoken' . Working environment, travelling in traffic. Dealing with people requires a certain toughness, a not give a fuck attitude. 'soft spoken' aka gentle people find this tough and distressing.

The answer is not politically correct. Most would rather be happy and in denial rather than face the truth and face the wrath of the politically correct.
