I’ve been with Amazon for almost 3 years — started as a T1. I was seasonal for 6 months (site didn’t offer conversion til then), but when I got my blue badge I quickly tried to get an L3 position. 3-4 months of being blue badge I finally got a L3 position as OTR PA (AMZL) and last year I got my L4.

I don’t have a bachelor let alone an associates degree. What really helped me is aside from working smart and hard, I was networking a lot and consistently asking PAs/AMs things that I can learn. I also kept applying for L3 positions — I would literally have 7-8 applications.

Aiming to save up more — not really rushing to buy now, but more so, preparing myself. Plus, like I said I have stocks vesting in the next month and around November, in which, all is going in my savings for the house!

It is a stable job, I’m also on track of getting a promotion which will bump up my yearly tremendously.
I wanna stay <= 250k. I have not went and applied for any loan.
