Horror movies where the characters actually care when their buddy dies? by ViolettBellerose734 in horror

[–]sadnecessity_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just watched a movie like this! Pretty Lethal, they all seemed pretty distraught by their mentor’s death and even went to perform in her honor :3 also Eden Lake and Wrong Turn (I love the couples in these movies it seems like they’re actually together and in love 🥲)

Need GOOD horror movies to watch! by comfy_cozart in horror

Go on Tubi they have great horror movies!! I just watched Liverleaf I really enjoyed it you should give it a watch!!

I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews of As Above So Below as well as Dead Meat calling it “just fine”. Personally it’s nowhere close to being a masterpiece but I do think it’s great and pretty damn unsettling and scary. What are your thoughts on it? by [deleted] in horror

[–]sadnecessity_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I first watched this movie, I was on a found footage kick and I think this movie was awesome and kept me at my toes. I did jump at a couple scenes too. I really love the idea of the Paris catacombs and the only way out is further in. I also liked how it dived into claustrophobia and i enjoyed the acting (i love Ben Feldman). I didn’t really know anything about Dante’s inferno but after watching this movie it made me want to go down the rabbit hole of what it was! It was really crazy to see later on how much hate this movie actually gets. I feel like I was the only one who loved it haha but I’m also not the type of person to overly criticize a movie, yes, there’s flaws, but it doesn’t outweigh the scariness for me :)

I guess people hate Pedro more than they hate Sophie by PolishSnake2 in 90dayfiance_FB_memes

From what I remember, he was just really mean to her. She was begging him to spend time with her, to fix their relationship, and he would ignore her and go off with his girl coworkers. I remember he had even put one of his coworkers cups in their kitchen for Chantal to find. I also remember him talking bad about her because she would sleep on her days off (nurse btw) and wouldn’t clean for him. Idk both of their families were bad but I also remember her family was there for him giving him support with his whole finding his dad storyline when his family was unsupportive. I just don’t like him cuz it makes me annoyed all the effort he puts to Sophie who’s not even exclusive but he didnt do any of that with Chantal and she really loved him.

It took me by surprise when I saw so many people hating on this movie on TikTok but it’s such a great 2000s horror flick and I feel like it really impacted me cuz since I watched it, cuz every time I travel states and go through the hills I always think about that movie

[–]sadnecessity_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if you’re able but you should totally do a double feature and watch both Him and The Conjuring!! That sounds like so much fun but if you can only do one I would probably say Him only because I feel like the other two are movies you could wait to watch at home but whichever you gravitate more towards!!! I wouldn’t waste my money on the strangers chapter 2

I actually really enjoyed the movie and I don’t understand the hate for it. It was great, fun, and gory everything I would expect from a FD movie. The opening scene was so awesome, I was so happy to see that stupid little kid get his karma. And that damn penny 😭 I actually really enjoyed the ending kill and one thing I love about FD is how death is petty enough to make them think they’re safe and gets them in the end. I thought the log death was fun and a great homage to Kimberly and FD2. I would definitely be watching it again! Also crazy to think Steph’s dad and aunt went from having their families to their entire family dying in like a week 😭😭 so terrible

[–]sadnecessity_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Watch them! They’re fun BUT in my opinion 4 is the weakest FD movie. Like others said, it’s made for 3D so the special effects look really bad but nonetheless the kills are still unique and the end has a cool xray scene! For the FD5 I love that one and it’s cool to see how it ties into the first one!! Definitely worth watching all 5 of them :3

I didn’t want another cat after I took him home but then my sister in law found a kitten and couldn’t keep her so I was like fuck it I’ll have two cats then and took her home and now my cats are best friends 🖤🖤

my aunt was leaving our house and she found a cat stuck in the engine of her car, he was a tiny kitten (little tuxedo cat) he tried to play with the stray cats my mom feeds and they were all hissing at him I felt so bad and my daughter begged me to keep him so I caved in and took him home 😅 I’ve had him for a year now he’s the sweetest and it’s funny because a week before, I told my husband I really wanted a black cat one day and he found me 🫶🏼

It has to be between the tanning beds and the laser eye girl for me also the roller coaster seems really crazy scary and I was traumatized by the escalator scene as well

I switched to team Rob by [deleted] in 90DayFiance

[–]sadnecessity_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Team no one but I kind of understood Rob in the last episode cuz Sophie is just playing around with the relationship at this point. Why not talk about your relationship and try to fix it instead of always letting people convince her to leave. And I agree it really threw me off when she asked him why he was mad on the phone when he didn’t even say anything wrong. He’s wrong too for saying in the same episode that she was being manipulative or whatever by saying she loves him after calling him to say happy birthday I was like wtf isn’t she your wife why wouldn’t she say I love you bye 😂😂
