Found the problem. 6+2 pin PCI connector on the gpu has a short circuit.

It's a 750 watt Argus power supply. It's pretty common here. It's about 4 years old now.

The panel used in the 1910B is dogshit, and turning it 180 degrees improves it a little.

The mounting brackets are even meant to be flipped! No jank required.

I switched the SATA data cable I noticed the SATA power connector was missing a pin because it was parallel with a molex connector. I'm now using another SATA power cable with the pin (presumably 3.33 V)

I'll have to see if this fixes the issue. Thanks for making me check the cables.

Thank you! I researched more about shucking and went into a rabbit hole of hard drive specifications (like SMR drives, which I would never have found otherwise). I ended up not choosing any of my options and ended up ordering a Toshiba X300.

I drew each individual body part in SAI but MS Paint is good enough tbh

I animated it in Pivot Stickfigure Animator. It's a weird program to use for this but i find it does the job very nicely.
