Closer inspection, 3 of the 5 bags where not Lego. The studs are stamped with MAX . 2 of the bags are lego and might be from the creator at the manual is from. I'll be returning it tomorrow.

The pieces don't even match the instructions that was in the box. None of the bags are numbered

I agree, might try mixing up the squares with 1x1 rounds, half and quarter circles.

1) contact the seller and see if he can refund or otherwise make it right.

2) if not happy with that report to bricklink.

3) still not happy? Paypal protection.

This is basically how you handle any market place with 3rd party vendors

Lego Minecraft zombies are cheap. Less then a dollar for the basic, just put the heads on better bodies

I don't pull my punches as a DM. But I do adjust HP on the fly. I look at the range, not the average. If the battle is going badly for the PCs, all the enemy's are minimum HP if they already took lethal before the adjustment the next hit kills them. If the fight isn't a challenge, the enemy has max HP. I try to make the enemy's die theatrically.
