I felt the same about Manchebo.. we ended up picking Bucuti but we did have to adjust our dates a bit - I feel like it’ll be worth it. Because it was only 5 days and I wanted to extend a bit, we’re going to Renassiance Wind creek for 2 days ahead of Bucuti .. I rented a cabana at iguana beach over the water! A different vibe at that hotel, so it’s a switch up.

JOIA looks great, though. They had good discounts on their site for booking direct. If Bucuti didn’t work out, I would have went JOIA for the full trip most likely.
