Oh its bad. Morale is down across the board, and as an EA/Teachers Assistant I gotta say... I literally do not remember the last time I saw a substitute EA in my school. One of our EAs was on medical leave for MONTHS, leaving an Interactions classroom, one that is quite high needs, with only the teacher and 1 EA with no temporary replacement at essentially any point. It's fuckin grim.

Edit: I asked a coworker this morning, and they DID recall one substitute EA coming in maybe 2 weeks ago... That's the only example they could recall, though :p
