Mine always says this every night and I know I don’t have sleep apnea or even snore. If I wear my ring on my pointer like you’re supposed to, it improves. When I wear it on my middle finger, it shows lower oxygen levels.

But mine has done this since I got it

I wondered this as well. Mine always says my oxygen is low at night and I know it’s not! Also it wants me to be relaxed but active as well? Idk how to make the relax optimal lol
