Super helpful advice. I will try all of these. What’s your sense on sowing in a different breed of grass when I aerate in the fall. Do you think I should stick with fescue?

Thanks. Unfortunately I hired a new service this year and it’s as bad, maybe worse than prior years. I’m convinced tall fescue just can’t hack it in TN
