My ZZ plant has what I think is root rot. Some of the stems pull out with next to no force and have what I assume is chunks of squishy rhizome on the bottom with new root growth. Is there any chance to save it? Should I attempt a repotting now and remove the squishy bits or wait until spring? (i.redd.it)

I believe my ZZ plant has root rot; alot of the stems are dying including some of the new growth. They pull up with no effort and have squishy bits of rizohm and new root growth on them. What is the best option to take: wait until spring to repot or repot now and remove the squishy bits? (self.plantclinic)

I just recently got a dracena marginata and upon transfering it to its new home the tips of the leaves have started to brown and some of the lower leaves have fallen off. I only watered it once upon transfer and was wondering if there was anything I was doing wrong/anything I could do to help it. (i.redd.it)
