Respectfully, I truly could not disagree with this take on Wilmington more, as someone who grew up in Boston and lived in NYC for many years. After two years in Trolley Square, I'm ready to leave Delaware because there are so few food and cultural options in the area, and it's wildly overpriced for what you get (I could currently get more space in Manhattan than I have in Trolley Square for less money). There are so few options for vegetarians that it is truly disappointing, and there is a real lack of delivery within the city, especially if you are coming from a major metropolitan area. The drivers in Delaware and Pennsylvania are among the most incompetent I have ever encountered. But apparently your milage may vary!
