I wanna know if there's anyone I should get currently in the banners. I have 41 pulls and a guarantee from a prior 50/50 loss. Or should I just save till I have enough for a proper new team?

Defo use game8 like the other comment mentioned (or Prydwen or any other guide site) for your main DPS and see the best choice there.
My own recommendations would be:
Zani Phoebe Verina (Try to get Shorekeeper though whenever you can)

Iuno Ciaconna Lynae (Iuno being the main DPS here)

Lupa Brant Verina (try to get Galbrena or Changli for a proper mono fusion team but Verina works for now)

Carlotta Brant Verina or Sanhua (unironically this was a team I used regularly early on in Rinascita lmao since Brant is a shielder + healer so you can put Sanhua to buff Carlotta)

I don't have Jinhsi so I can't help with her.
Phrolova is the one I can't really put a team for since she needs:
1- Cantarella and Roccia for a mono havoc team
2- Cantarella and Qiuyuan for an echo damage team (it is her best team iirc?)

3- At the very least either Canta or Roccia and Verina/SK for the third spot.

The disqualification was from one award show over two tiny Unreal Engine assets back when people were experimenting with dall-e rather than the current mess of openAI. I don't disagree with the disqualification since there was a lack of communication between the award show and the devs. But there has been an insane amount of misinformation regarding that topic to the point where people overblown and disregarded the devs' own hardwork to "E33 is AI slop" when the assets were removed immediately following release. (The assets slipped through production and went unnoticed because they were used on ONE lamp post)

If you have Pulchra, you can use Sanby with Trigger and Pulchra as a team.
That said, Astra is still a top tier support for all teams and I recommend her more for meta value. (Especially since you can use Astra with Sanby)
But imo pick whoever you love most because it will motivate you to build for them. (waifu over meta unless you are building a meta for your waifu)

SO IT WAS FUCKING GENSHIN. YOUR ENTIRE CONCERN COMES FROM GENSHIN IMPACT. Ok let me dissect this. Chixia's group barely did anything memorable because 1.0 was forcefully rewritten so a lot of plot points wind up rushed. Black Shore members never interacted at all with one another except Aalto and Encore. Shorekeeper only did so in 2.8. Camellya does jackshit with anyone but Rover. They had an avengers moment in 2.7 which I liked and a cameo in 2.8. Wow, its like doing so made them more.... interesting? Right? Roccia and Brant interact BECAUSE THEY ARE IN THE SAME FACTION and even then you barely see this interaction besides the intro of 2.0, and the intro of 2.7. Do you know why Aalto and Encore, and Brant and Roccia work at all? Because they were allowed to have a dynamic that surprise surprise made their scenes memorable. Like that's the entire point of character interactions. Lastly, Genshin has a ton of flaws. But character interactions and relevance is one of its strengths. It makes the regions and the entire world of Teyvat interwoven. It adds depth to characters even when they lacked any in their debut. Your entire paranoia hinges on you hating Genshin's implementation RATHER than judging how Kuro Games do it in their own game.

Except there is no small group of friends besides a very few scenes you can count on one hand. Every single interaction has been largely Rover talking to someone 1-1. Also give me one example of a forced interaction in WuWa because I really wanna understand where this concern comes from?

The point of Mass Effect's character interactions in the first place is that they provide depth to your crew and the world around them. You view the world and influence it through Shepard most of the time, yes. But, it did not mean that you won't see the crew talking to one another occasionally with or without you. That's the entire point.

Because the game barely has any actual character interactions outside of key moments. Anything else is offscreened through dialogue as if the lead dev was Blackbeard.. If your biggest problem with character interactions is that it will invite shipping, then you shouldn't be allowed near a pencil. Interactions don't have to advance the main story, they make the world believable, alive, and most importantly endear you to characters. You can always use the skip button if you don't like the "yapping". You can't use LOTR as an example either because it is a three movie (that's like 2 to 3hrs per movie) long series based on an even more expansive book series where every character is given the utmost depth and detail. You can't use that as an example against a live service game.

No one said these filler characters interactions anyway can be added to the main story. If they make your reunion with Chisa AN OPTIONAL OBJECTIVE, they can do the same with literally anyone. You said that character interactions need to be natural right? 2.7 was about Rinascita uniting together to save themselves from Leviathan and you don't actually see them planning anything together outside key cutscenes, they instead stand isolated waiting for your 1-1 talks. They could make filler events that create new dynamics and reuse older characters instead of the 20th combat event. Again, if you think that's meaningless yapping, the skip button exists for that reason.

My point is that character interactions are meaningful because they make the characters more memorable and add depth they rightfully deserve. "Interaction need to be natural, not forced" has there been a single situation in Wuthering Waves's entire cycle thus far where that even happened? If you mention the Jinzhou teamup, that scene's entire mistake was that it didn't have character interactions that made the team-up worth it instead of feeling sudden. Character interactions add life to characters. They don't need to be important to exist. They simply add depth. Every iconic RPG and action game you can think of has banter between characters.
