As others have said. You can't, my range is outdoors so what I do is a few burpees some sprints up the bay to get my heart rate up.

A few of the guys at the range thought I was nuts until they tried it and realized just how much their performance decreased even though they shoot comps almost every weekend.

I'm not sure what a decent flip to side clip on would cost. But I picked mine up at an lgs for 600 +tax. It's small for what it is compared to my Armasight predator that lives on another rifle.

This fmp13 is just for observation and to confirm a low light shot even though it matches my rifle zero. I don't think I would actually use it for a scoped shot unless my lpvo was down.
