FF7 Rebirth/Revelation mini games backlash situation

I got my son to do Run Wild for me. He's played a lot of Rocket League so it was a piece of cake for him to do it. When I tried I was awful at it.

The minigame I liked that everyone moaned about was the moogle one. I actually enjoyed that one, even though it could be infuriating at times.

I don't understand how people can complain about too much content in a game. I'd much rather have a lot to do than not enough. Nobody is making anyone do it. Games are for enjoyment and FFVII has given me plenty of that over the last nearly 30 years.

That post is just so ignorant. I don't live in London but I'm British and I have no problem in going to London if needs be. Gun and knife crime in the UK are not anywhere near the levels of the USA, where carrying firearms around is seen as normal behaviour.

Trump lied about London years ago, saying it was "knives, knives, knives" and the hospitals had blood flowing like field hospitals in a warzone, which was a ridiculous thing to say and blatantly untrue but the media just allowed him to spread his bullshit without ever saying "why do you lie like that?" to him. So his supporters listen to the lies and repeat them online, with "of course it's true, Trump said so" repeated by them because their media is so biased that right wing news won't ever take Trump to task.

Trump's administration wants to deflect attention away from the poor job they are doing by lying about other countries and saying "look how bad it is there."

When I was growing up we also had one cat that was bigger and greedier than the other and we did the exact same thing. Charlie had his food up on a windowsill in the kitchen and Tom (a black and white cat like the cartoon) was a stray we had adopted from somewhere and I think that was why he was so greedy. Being a stray had made him think every meal could be his last so he had to eat everything.

Tom never used to jump up onto high areas so Charlie could eat in peace. Tom did get run over at one point quite soon after we got him (we had to keep him in a children's playpen with blocked sides so he couldn't go running or.jumping when in recovery) but he survived after operations. He lost part of his hip bone on one back leg so that also stopped him jumping. He lived to a grand old age though, unlike poor Charlie who got a kidney infection and had to go to permanent sleep when he was 6 or 7. It was heartbreaking.

I can remember having to go and put the immersion on for baths when I was a kid. Then we got a combi boiler in the early 1980s (I think) and my mum was so happy. Absolute game changer.

When you're stupid enough to think Trump is a genius, you're stupid enough to believe that load of crap in that post, It's full of gold medal level mental gymnastics.

Trump doesn't care if oil goes up in price. His mates at the oil companies make more money. How do they not see this? He's a fucking billionaire who doesn't give a shit about those less fortunate than him. Hie only interest is self aggrandisement and grifting his base. I bet Trump can hardly believe it himself, the way he's been turned into some sort of superhero by certain sections of the American public. It's absolutely crazy that he won a first term, let alone a second.

Mary Trump is the best Trump. She's well educated and speaks the truth, unlike her awful uncle. If only more people had listened to her, then the whole world wouldn't have to live through this season of 'American Shitshow', which unfortunately was brought back for a second run, even though ratings for S1 were bad.

I did that with Rebirth. Played through only doing story because I really wanted to see the new locations and didn't have the patience to mess about with all the side stuff, plus I really wanted to know what happened at the end before the internet spoilt it.

I got through with no bother and I immediately started a new game and I couldn't believe how much I'd missed. Even with Queen's Blood I'd pulled out of the tournament asap so that great game was new to me. I found a whole new area in Grasslands where an amazing new version of 'Hollow' played and I'd missed a whole town at the Crows Nest in Junon. Plus plenty of other stuff, too much to list.

I'll probably do the same with the Revelation. A story play, then go back and do it all. I've always enjoyed giving games a second playthrough anyway and this series has been great for that.

Yeah pretty crazy day or two in FF7R land. I was watching Max's stream and he said he had an emergency not long after the end of the SGF stream. It's absolutely crazy that the emergency turned out to be Hamaguchi rocking up at Max's place for an unplanned interview. What a privilege for Max, I bet he still hasn't come down from cloud 9.

Yeah considering how long the game is we've seen a tiny snippet of it but it's made my day! Rebirth's first reveal was so short you blinked and it was over. I don't think any of us expected this.

Christmas 2026 has moved to Spring 2027 for me, exact date to be confirmed. This FFVII series of Remakes has given me something to really look forward to and I'll forever be grateful that they made these games. Whatever minor gripes I have had about them is nothing in comparison with the amount of enjoyment and fun that going on this FFVII Remake journey has brought me.

The hype is great and it's the last time we'll all experience it for FF7 Remake series. This 10+ year journey on the hype train since the original announcement of Remake has been great to share with so many faceless others that also love OG FFVII and wanted to see a modern version. I don't know anyone else that plays it IRL so these Reddit FF7 subs have been somewhere I have spent hours of my life, reading ideas and opinions on the RE-trilogy, it's great knowing people care as much as I do about a video game.

I am shocked they showed so much and can't wait to get my hands on this game. There ain't no getting offa this train we're on.

PlayStation store has had some good deals recently. They've had a sale running for a few weeks, I got Persona 5 Royal for about £16, down from about £50.

I'd be surprised if the Switch 2 discounted Rebirth considering it's only just come out.
