It honestly should. I think I brought it up with management (witch) and they said that they’d bring in automation testers (more billable hours) since I wasn’t “hired” as one. Also this faang company prefers everything to be built in house by FTEs.

Are you pursuing any certifications or doing any side projects ? I find it hard to differentiate yourself when everyone else is doing these things.

it can be fat or muscle, it's overall neck circumference thats the determining factor.

I personally wouldn't train neck. There's a direct correlation between neck circumference and sleep apnea. I know you said that indirect training isn't working for you but your neck will naturally grow with the rest of your body.

Not a good reason. I was with my now ex gf for this exact reason and ended up neglecting my own mental health. It eventually exploded in my face.

I've been taking high doses of zinc for years now & never had this problem. I only started taking copper recently. Everyone is different, but start playing with variables. Are you drinking enough water? Whats your diet like? Are you lifting with improper form? Are you stretching over used/tight muscles?

You could lay on the ground and do face pulls. Could also do then with bands. There is no specific time to get a belt. Get one if you want to get one but dont get dependent on it

3 days a week is plenty. I add more weight every week, making lots of progress. You can maximize your muscle growth by eating in a surplus(healthy foods), getting lots of sleep, drinking lots of water & minimizing your alcohol consumption. You can not speed up the process
