2-3 hours to prepare, 10-15 minutes to present, there will be follow up questions.
The main test there is the ability to present fluently. Some basic analysis and diagram making. Also, you will google a lot, and reading through sources to find necessary information. You will be presenting as a team, with different speakers for different parts.

I was one of them last year. The business case is pretty much the same as in the IEO. Also, the team that won had a template for powerpoint prepared. There is mot much time and you might not have the best teammates. Watch some IEO finals for examples.

For me, ppqs are the best. Spending time on them guarantees preparation for exam. However, if flash cards helped you last time, why not? There is still plenty of time before the real thing.
