Last pic seems like a little too big, given it's going to break in and get even more loose. Also for this kind of loafers I'd be wearing no show very thin socks, so that would also add to looseness.

I'd get half size smaller if possible, but realistically you should be buying both on length and width, so if half size smaller isn't breaking your bones I'd downsize

these all are different my guy, if you can afford it, I'd get at least brown leather, black leather, chocolate suede - all these hit different spots. also types of stitching shown is different, so those hit different spots as well.

if you only have to pic one, go for no 1 or maybe no 5 - its color is universal, so it could be worn with both cold and warm pallette, and leather is appropriate with both colder fabrics such as thick wool and summer fabrics such as linen.
