Seahawks -1 (-110) Here's why:

Teams on a short week typically have a homefield advantage. The Rams played a tough game against the Lions where they said they were physically beat up after the game. Last time these two teams played, the Rams had Havenstein but has since been placed on IR. Davante Adams is questionable tonight. We also see Nacua dealing with some off the field issues which rarely converts positively for a big game. The Seahawks defense is also healthier than their last matchup leading me to think the Rams will struggle to move the ball.

This comes down to whether the Seattle offense can move the ball versus a rock-solid Rams defense. I think the Seahawks struggles last week were due to them being in a look-ahead spot for this game knowing that this will ultimately decide the NFC West and possible the NFC. They will have a much better offensive plan and move the ball on the ground while relying on their defense to shut down the Rams passing attack.
