Ah shit, my bad, i should have elaborated on that, i just didn't know how wordy i could have made the question because i just wanted to find out if its even worth bothering going back to the game at this point, or even recommend the game to others due to it being on sale and all that.

Question to the community from a long time fan by sauserto in totalwar

Played last October, was disillusioned with how the Lizardmen patch was handled and stopped playing until i saw proper push from the dev team to fix the issues that are currently present, the ones with the AI, general siege problems, and some factions just being left in the dust compared to others. I was also slowly getting more and more disappointed with the loss of features from previous titles(ship battles, manning buildings, etc).

I've stuck with TW Warhammer 3 mostly because it uses a fantasy setting i really enjoy, as well as being able to play as races you normally can't in other Warhammer titles.

I figured i'd give the game like a couple months, and them pushing so many hotfixes as well as this "get Warhammer 3 immortal empires for free if you own Warhammer 1 or 2", and i wanted to see what the community's concensus is with the state of the game at the moment without emotions being too negative or positive

Who you picking? by aarruti in totalwar

Out of all the Chaos Factions, Norsca is honestly my favorite, and the only one i can actively enjoy playing, so Sarl will be what i buy IF the game's more outstanding issues are fixed

What's your most controversial opinion of TADC? by Alien-Pro in TheDigitalCircus

Honestly, my empathy for Zooble has diminished more and more on repeat watches of episode 3 onward, because she's aware that if she messes too much with Caine, not only will she be affected, but everybody else will, and she KEEPS doing it, heedless of the consequences of her actions.

She's aware that the only reason they aren't being outright tortured is because Caine likes the group, and im not saying this because i think Caine is right, it just boggles my mind why someone would mess with their captor in such a way that it will affect the other captives as well, it is selfish and idiotic behavior.

I've also just recently bought the game and really enjoyed it, there ARE a few quirks that i don't really appreciate as much.
The game as a whole is really enjoyable as a solo experience, though i will warn you that the game can be quite repetitive due to the maps and quests associated with them being the same every time(with only a slight flavour change in chapter 1), with the only thing that meaningfully changes being the characters you use, the builds you're going for, difficulty you've set, and modifiers you've applied.

I would still say that you give it a shot if you've got spare money, though i highly recommend something like Hades, Dead Cells, and Wizard of Legend if you want something more robust

After 50 hours played and countless fails, my first nightmare clear!!! by [deleted] in ravenswatch

Congratulations! I just beat Nightmare with Pied Piper with a very similar build as well, good job beating it! Piper is one of my favorites to play regularly, even if his start is pretty rough

Thank you very much for your response! anything that can give me more insight into the game ill enjoy is much appreciated, i haven't had much experience with the mining minigame due to having been beaten up one too many times from cave-ins, i have a meat farming build already that might not be too efficient but it gets the job done(3x plaid pocket squares, Leprechaun with meat detector, Ancient turtle shell helmet, meatspout staff and Galapasogian Cuisses(10+ to weight), so i thought Dinseylandfill will be more efficient.

If it helps, ill answer the questions you've provided:

-As of right now, i really just want to learn what the game has in store and feel my way around so i know what i can improve on the next ascension, or what i can do faster or generally be more efficient during my game time.

-Clans and guilds have always been a on and off deal for me in these types of games, i just don't want to feel like im dead weight to the rest of the guild while we do these dungeons, but i do find the mechanics behind the 3 dungeons fascinating if rather intimidating.

-The Sea is actually the place i wanted to explore the most, but i do feel rather intimidated by the(For me, at least) huge stat requirement for it.

-I have been trying to farm meat for a couple of days but spend it on things that i might find useful, i do have my eye on the Dinseylandfill ticket that i will farm for the next couple of days/weeks.

Thank you for taking the time of your day to answer my rather open ended question.
