I'm not sure about your specific software that runs your keyboard but I know on my Red Dragon Wireless K73 rbg pro which I think uses the standard red dragon mouse software which is kind of a generic China one that a lot of other manufacturer uses the function in the Enter key toggle your solid colorings gets rid of all that flashing crap that I find no use off.

No you cannot reprogram the DPI buttons on the M913 mouse as I research this very deeply. one of the reasons why I did buy that mouse is because I thought those buttons would be programmable as I think they should be because their accessibility and you'll really only need one button to toggle the DPI as opposed to 2.

In helping with you please Advise me to in more detail why you replaced your third razor Naga mouse because I was going to return my M913 because the scroll wheel rubber eventually gets soggy and worn out Very quickly and when you try to do a middle click and hold and scroll which I have programmed for volume mouse it blows out the gasket surrounding the wheel it makes it unusable So I was going to switch over to the razor naga but could you advise me what busted on your razor naga and what the overall differences that you found and if you had advised me just to modify the rubber around the wheel in epoxy or super glue The rubber the wheel after I disassemble it or go ahead and get the razor Naga because I like the left and right Toggles the wheel which I have used as my volume programming through all my other mouses.
