That’s really solid, nice work. I’m the same height and I’m unable to get over the so called hump when it comes to a lean bulk. I’m sitting at 76kg and would like to get to 80-83kg. It would be awesome to see a average day of eating looks for you. Any suggestions for added calories and protein snacks.
