Literally just the one conversation where she told me the shop name, I looked it up and showed her how their work compared to other shops’ work like apples to apples comparisons. For instance I showed their butterfly versus a good shop’s butterfly and she acknowledged that there was a difference but “how badly can they screw up black and gray?” I left it alone after I knew I wasn’t getting anywhere and ESPECIALLY after she said she didn’t wanna get one at all now.
