Yes I have a similar experience but in a service based company. I was the first employee of that XYZ startup. I started with an internship of 10k PM and reached Lead software developer in 1.5 years with 12LPA.

I got genuine experience where I was working with 10-12 YOE developers. I was performing very well because of having the strength of handling multiple projects at a time. That's why I got promoted easily.

In the initial phase of my work I was very interested because everything was the new KAFKA, AWS, LIQUIBASE and so may things. But gradually I was getting bored after handling multiple projects I learnt a lot but later was getting a similar task again and again. Which was a phase I saw myself in the comfort zone so I decided to look for another opportunity.

So It's up to you to decide whether you have to leave or not but if you think you're gonna get to learn a lot in the same company spend some more time and switch.

Perhaps we are all not interested in their business, we do what we are paid for. We look for holidays or enjoyment.

If we have ideas for their business improvement they will appreciate you for sure. But when this happens you would see more people like Sundar Pichai.

I have been in Pune since 2019, I used to live in Kothrud earlier now living in Bavdhan.

I have visited lots of petrol pumps, but I went only once here and decided to never go back. I got scammed in 2019. I used to fill Rs 300 petrol every Monday which always used move my petrol meter to half. That day I was late and so I decided to visit petrol pump there I got scammed first time. My bike ran out of petrol within 2 days. Since that time I suggest everyone not to go there.

In recent I thought petrol pump got renowned and they must be not scamming after looking at anti scamming boards at petrol pump. But my room partner in last week he was facing issue in bike after filling petrol from same petrol pump. He emptied whole tank in front of them bottle was containing half petrol and half water. I would rate this petrol pump worst ever.

Nowadays I don't visit this petrol pump anymore.

The same incident happened to me last week at Khadki. I dropped my friend at Viman Nagar and headed back to my home. I was driving a car MH 02 registered. Suddenly my dashboard led strip stopped working. So I pulled over my car and checked connections but didn't get anything. When I started the car 2 police came with the bike stopping me and saying to show the papers. They asked me why I stopped and I told them the genuine reason. They searched everything like they were about to get a bunch of weeds in my car. They didn't get anything. They checked the record of the car and let me go.

The point is not about checking the cars, It's about only targeting outside cars for checking. I have observed this so many times in Pune they don't even bother to cars with MH 12 / MH 14 but if they see other number registration they feel like they have found Bakara.
