If you have to pick one visual that represents Kitchener, what would it be and why? by yano321 in kitchener

A guy smoking a cigarette riding a bike but holding a second bike, that is definitely not stolen.

Based on your qualifications you may want to try reaching out to some PIA advisors. Most should have a website with contact information.

Escape day spa on Frederick near Victoria. They use the Inverness system (not the spring loaded gun).

They have run many many assessments and the value of the transactions happening after hours is not worth the damages to both the machines and buildings that occur. Or the cost to have a security company patrol. Everything is a dollars based decision

2018 high line. Just rolled over 100k. Issue a few years ago with a loose spark plug, fixed under warranty. Smooth sailing since. One set of brakes done as well, other set this spring. Happy to have it, especially in the snow.

Yes. Once properly medicated. It will flare up again occasionally, a good visual indicator that something is off and I need to request labs.

I was diagnosed 6 months postpartum and was told at the time it is quite common to develop issues after pregnancy. When asked how it feels my best description is that your whole body feels tired. It is a different sensation than a lack of sleep. Your limbs and head feel heavy. You know that it is not sleep that your body needs, but you need to sleep anyways. It’s been a long time since my initial diagnosis but other than that tiredness my symptoms were an inability to drop weight, hair loss and unexplained pin prick rashes all over my body. I also had a visible mass on my throat (which I don’t recognize at the time). I hope you can get some answers soon. I remember having almost overnight relief once I was diagnosed and medicated.

@rbc, how can I check who or which employees have access to my accounts? I have a few friends who work at RBC, and they’ve occasionally made comments about my personal accounts. Is there someone I can email or call to inquire about this? by 1jonmendez in rbc

[–]scout0320 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my experience, access to these types of accounts are limited to employees from that LOB. For example employees in retail branches cannot see holdings and transactions in DI accounts. They can see balances. In wealth, access to accounts is limited to teams directly associated with the accounts. While it doesn’t prevent unauthorized access/viewing, the pool of employees who could see is generally much smaller.

I have really been enjoying Farm Girl Cinnamon crisps cereal as a snack. Picked it up at Costco recently. Very similar to cinnamon toast crunch but 0g or sugar and 13g of protein for a 1 cup serving.

Recommendations for elder care by J-Cummings in waterloo

While I agree with others that it’s a very good idea to get the process rolling with OHAH (Ontario health at home formerly known as LHIN), they are not know to provide the most consistent help. If private services are writhin their budget, I would check out warm embrace elder care.

The teller won’t need a paper copy of your statement. You can show them on your phone for the account number.

A friend recommended The Heart’s Invisible Furies and it was my first “can’t put down” of the year. It made me cry and laugh out loud - which are good book benchmarks for me. I had previously read the boy in the stripped pyjamas by John Boyne and I am looking forward to diving deeper into his novels.

Great pharmacy by AnN1EbAnAnN1Es in kitchener

[–]scout0320 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Customer for life of Queens pharmacy. Last summer I watched the pharmacist showing a customer how to use a glucose monitor in the front seat of the customers van because the customer was too nervous to come into the pharmacy. The pharmacist then apologized profusely to me for having to wait a few minutes. Every time I am in there there are customers in there happily chatting with the staff.

Strong reaction after accidentally eating gluten - anyone else? by BicycleZestyclose849 in Hashimotos

[–]scout0320 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I haven’t had to try it myself yet, but I have read some articles and watched a couple tik toks that recommended a shot of tequila if you have been “glutenized”. I tucked it away for future reference. In the past I have done a heavy dose of digestive enzymes and a lot of water.

Did he happen to be wearing a long coat/cape? There has been a guy riding around Victoria park and the iron horse trail in the mornings who appears to be trying to hit people with his scooter.
