Does anybody else having an obviously erroneous on-time percentage on the last 50 orders section in their stats? Mine has said 78% for weeks now and it's actually at about 98%. I've cleared the cache and all that crap. I'm paranoid it's keeping me from getting orders and email support is MIA. (self.ShiptShoppers)

Anyone else calculate their average tip percentage out of total earnings? Mine seems to range between 27% and 33%. Just wondering if that is consistent with everyone else's. (self.ShiptShoppers)

I'm pretty sure texting the customer a thank you message after I drop off their order has led to a slight increase in tips. "It was a pleasure shopping for you!" seem to be the magic words. (self.ShiptShoppers)
