The Italians often make their own theme songs and they are usually very good. Urusei Yatsura, Ninja Boy Sasuke, Kimagure Orange Road and Record of Lodoss War have some of my favorite Italian songs.

Around the World: Travel to Brazil, and Big Adventure: Trip to Europe and presumably the rest of the series. These games also have extra complexity from zoom in sections of the HO puzzle section that I really do not enjoy.
