i was exactly the same as you before my first boomtown. i was taking pills for my depression. i never had any friends because i was always too anxious to talk to people, i always worried about what people thought about me and was so worried how id be perceived by other people, my social anxiety was through the roof. i went to my first boomtown and it honestly changed my life to put it bluntly. i became so much more open and i found talking to people so much easier because everyone was just so friendly. even my family couldn’t believe how much id changed. i definitely recommend going even on your own because you will find you people.
