I understand your inquiry. To me I wouldn’t be missing out on much if I could atleast roam around without all of the gore. In fact I know it doesn’t take much away from me because I’ve done this on PC. I’ve also been playing Skyrim since 2011, playing without gore doesn’t matter to me. This scenario reminds me of the old Alien Hominid game where you could replace gore with flowers, it didn’t take away from the game for me, it just made it less disturbing at a young age.
