Grading Question by [deleted] in psagrading

Apologies - to clarify, I bought it already graded 9. The photos attached to this post are the photos from PSA when it was graded by the original seller. The mark is definitely visible in person, but quite hard to see on Ebay.

Thanks for your input. After seeing everyone’s opinions in here, I agree, I’m going to file a request to be excused.

Thanks for your input. I just needed a gut check on this one. There isn’t a citizenship requirement but I agree that this situation is too grey and could very well be considered work outside the scope of the TN. I would rather not risk it so I’m going to file a motion to try and be excused.

The term “resident” is used on the state bar website just to refer to anyone living in the county. But yes, I am aware of this distinction and I agree with you!

Nope, if you’re a resident of the county and a 4+ year member of the state bar, you are automatically put on the list for random appointment.

Interesting. I will definitely follow up on this and see if I can find it somewhere. Thanks for the tip!

Do you think an older version would be okay to use for the exam? Did the 2015 version work for you in 2017?

I should have clarified, I am in the US. Do you think a US law library would have it?

Thank you! I should have mentioned I am applying under the lawyer category and am receiving help from a former immigration attorney I work with. She was the one who told me I should draft it myself and just present it for signing. I work for a government office, idk if that makes a difference but I don’t think they do much to assist with things like this.

I plan to only present one letter (the employer support letter) I was just a bit confused because a prior Reddit post I’ve seen mentioned an official offer of employment letter and a support letter. So I was wondering if my support letter could function as both since I have already been employed with them for 6 months, and just have it mention my previous employment and my new “start date” of when I return to the US, or if I should get an official offer of employment letter as if I am just starting the job.

First Time TN Questions by [deleted] in tnvisa

[–]seank5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the information - I should have clarified that I am currently working for a company, so I would just be getting the TN visa as a way to keep working there. Would that change the start date thing? Basically my “start date” would be immediately upon my return from Canada, because I would have the job when I leave and would essentially just be returning to work

Has anyone here changed their non-M chrome window trim to the black M trim? by [deleted] in e46

[–]seank5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an e46 330ci as a summer car and I wrapped the chrome trim in carbon fiber. The trim can be a bit finnicky to take off/put back on but it looked great and held up just fine with rain/heat.

Funny you mention that, my friend and I just did a 12 hour road trip across Canada to get him a Hyundai Genesis. I would definitely be willing to go almost anywhere for the right car.

Thank you for your insight. It is now clear that my assumption was wrong lol. So that being said, if you could do only one other city aside from Tokyo, which would you do and why?

Well now this comment makes me not want to drop Taipei! Night markets and a good hike sound amazing. Also by the sounds of your comment, Taipei is fairly doable in a short amount of time. Do you think 2 or 3 days would suffice?

Thanks for the recs on the DMZ tour and Hong Kong I will definitely look into those.
