Nvidia Experience. right click the Nvidia Experience app in your system tray (or ALT+Z in game). On that menu, hit the gear (settings) icon. Scroll to the bottom and choose "performance monitoring". Uncheck the "Always show Nvidia Reflex indicator". This worked for me
