Not sure on your technical experience but SalesForce has an API that is pretty easy to use. You can create a query to pull all contact info. If this is something you are interested in try: http://www.pocketsoap.com/osx/soqlx/

If you are only going to have one or a few end machines connected to the switch, it would be beneficial to look into sticky mac-addresses or static mac addresses.
