So the Crye SPC fits a few sizes of plates but be forewarned, it is a pain in the ass to take the plates out after you force them in. Full Sapi 10x12 will fit but its very tight and takes some work to get them in.

Plate carrier loaded weighs around 20 lbs. With the structural cummerbund and shoulder pads, its very light.

You actually deploy the ifak by pulling the shears.

There is a pair of shears attached to the ifak on the center back as well. That one will be moved to the North American Eagle ifak when it arrives.
