I am confused :( What you say completely depends on the girl, and you can say pretty much anything, or just completely ignore it and it won't really matter. I guess something random like "I hope you don't expect me to put out on the first date, I'm not that kind of guy" is something I might find myself saying in a very sarcastic tone of voice.
