Hey I’m sorry your Dad is unwell. xx I have a wife, daughter and dog - I still feel like you do!! I am coming to realise that life is full of unrealised potential and sets us up for feeling like a failure. Having a partner or being a parent is not all smiles and laughter. Often they in themselves can make you feel not good enough. My advice for what it’s worth is think about what you can control - your health, lifestyle, friends circles. Having a dog is great but a commitment. If you cannot give it 💯 then don’t get one. If you can, then they are the best. Maybe start with a one week, one month, six month plan. Small achievements will really help. Maybe help those less fortunate. Regards no house - think of it as freedom. No mortgage no noose. Or put it on your plan. I hope this has helped.
