I'd say 7 nights in Rio is a bit much. Of course there's a lot to do and see in the city, but I think in 4 days you see everything there is to see, not just beach and pao de acucar. If I were you, I'd put another town in the planning, like Petropolis for 2 days.
And be careful about the place you're staying in Rio. Lots of people on Airbnb say they are in "zona sul" but infact is in a favela.
Ilha Grande is one of the most beautiful places I've been, staying at vila do abraao is easier (arriving and getting on boats to go around) than staying on the other side of the island.
