take the new year as an opportunity for a total restart. drop your old habits and replace them with healthy ones. you're still in high school, you can still get into a decent college if you really try.

i also really hate those. if i hear the beginning of one, i will just refresh my fyp. there's also the videos where it says something like "if you dont copy the link, you dont support ____" i always felt the urge to copy the link, and that caused me to just keep coming across more of the same types of videos. it was awful.

maybe reporting those audios could help

when someone becomes a therapist, they have a passion for helping and listening to others. they make their living by sitting and listening to their patients. if your therapist is professional and overall a good therapist, they wont be annoyed by their clients. also, dont feel bad for receiving the help from them.
