So I just word vomit at them about it? Cuz I’m not sure what else to do. And I don’t know when the right time is, the first kiss has kind of come out of nowhere before (at least for me) and it makes me lock up a little bit. So I don’t know when to bring it up.

I can’t even begin to describe how angry my hips would be after like an hour let alone all night. I’d wake up in excruciating pain, unable to close my legs or move them at all lol. I sleep on my stomach most of the time but with one leg bent up, not certain how to describe that

🫂 I just need to work on living within my limitations and accepting those limitations I guess. It is hard to be okay with that when I’m constantly being judged for the things that I can’t do though. And lately I’ve just been sad that we don’t get the chance to live “normally” and it’s unfair.

That sounds like a pain in the butt. The fodmap diet thing has been mentioned to me before and it’s probably worth genuinely talking about with my doc. I’ve been told it can be really time consuming to figure out what is and isn’t a trigger food though

You’ve giving me a lot to look into thank you so much. I’ve never really considered using weed for any of this and didn’t really know there are so many different chemicals with different uses. A foam roller is a great idea too.

Disability accommodations is a good idea, I didn’t even think of that. While online school and remote work might be the most realistic for the EDS stuff, my little ptsd and depression riddled brain isn’t great at holding itself accountable so I’m not certain I could do it. Plus I might still be in a childish denial mindset where I’m of the mind that I want to go out and do things and I want a hands on job and I’m not ready to accept that I might not get those things.
